This guide walks you through setting up the Event Booking One-Click Deploy Template for your BuddyBoss app using Blockli. Follow these steps for a seamless configuration experience.
Prerequisites
1. Blockli Custom Post Block Plugin must be installed and activated on your WordPress site.
2. A new BuddyBoss app build must be generated on or after December 15th, 2024.
3. Event Booking Template License Key (sent to your email after purchase).
Steps to Deploy the Template
1. Purchase the Template
• After purchasing, check your email for the license key.
2. Visit the Deployment Page
• Go to: https://my.blockli.dev/1-click-deploy/.
3. Deploy the Template
• On the deployment page:
• Select your purchased template: Event Booking.
• Enter your license key.
• Enter your website URL where Blockli is installed.
• Click Deploy.
4. Configure Blockli Custom Post Block Field Mapping
• After deploying the template, go to:
WordPress Admin > Blockli > Custom Post Block > Field Mapping Settings.
• Select the Post Type you want to use for the template (e.g., “Events”).
• Map your post type fields to the Blockli Fields placeholders.
Field Mapping Guide
To simplify field mapping, Blockli provides pre-processed and sanitized Blockli Fields. These fields are optimized for the template and eliminate the need to use complex post meta fields directly.
We strongly recommend using Blockli Fields instead of custom meta fields for the best performance and compatibility.

The Blocks section displays a list of events on an app page when you add the block.
